煤矿企业劳动用工管理问题及对策研究

摘要: 近年来,煤矿企业劳动用工管理存在诸多不规范之处,不仅制约着企业和社会经济的稳定发展,而且劳资关系中的矛盾和争议甚至影响到和谐社会的构建,必须要对煤矿企业的劳动用工管理进行改革。本文结合实际对煤矿企业在用工方式、员工招聘及培训、劳动合同管理、职业安全卫生管理、劳动争议协调处理等用工管理方面存在的问题进行了分析研究,并有针对性提出了改进管理模式、落实“人本管理”管理理念、缓解劳动用工紧张局面、完善培训机制等建议和方案,对于稳定煤矿企业员工队伍,构建和谐劳动关系具有积极借鉴作用。

Abstract: In recent years, the labor management of coal enterprise has many problems. It not only restricts the development of enterprises and social economy, but even affects the construction of harmonious society due to some contradictions and disputes. So we should take some reforms in labor management of coal mine. This paper, analyzes the current situation and problems on labor management in the following aspects: labor employment, staff recruitment and training, labor contract management, occupational health and safety management, labor dispute processing, etc. Then the paper puts forward some measures including management mode, the concept of " humanistic management ", alleviating the labor tension, and improving the mechanism of training. These methods are feasible to stabilize the coal mine staff, optimize the harmonious labor relations and improve the healthy development of coal enterprise.
